This project is the expansion of the existing Iosegun Manor self contained in Fox Creek.  The addition not only includes 8 new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments but also new common areas, community rooms, resident laundry, and storage.  The new community room features vaulted ceilings and several different gathering areas for all of the residents to enjoy.  Planning also took into account future expansion of the lodge leaving provisions on site for a future commercial kitchen.  A new main entry to the lodge opens onto the new gathering areas where residents can easily access both the new and the existing resident wings.

This new expansion will provided a much needed addition to the housing market in Fox Creek.
