The City of Fort Saskatchewan commissioned JMAA architecture to design an addition to their existing public works mechanics bays.  This new addition would replace the mechanics bays and provide a connecting office link to the existing building.

The new mechanics bays include six bays with a seventh bay equipped for washing vehicles and equipment.  The first six bays consist of three small equipment bays, a mechanics bay, welding bay, and a large equipment bay.
