JMAA architecture was commissioned to complete the design and construction administration of the new replacement lodge for Innisfail Autumn Glen Lodge.  The lodge is located on the existing lodges site and include both assisted living and self contained units.  This project is unique for Alberta Seniors and Housing as it has a target goal of attaining LEED Silver Certification.  This lodge has 60 units with a 30 unit Senior Self-Contained Facility.  This facility has a modern design which uses contemporary textures and colours.  The bright inviting spaces throughout provide gathering nodes around the building.  This helps encourage residents to interact and improves residents standard of living.
