JMAA architecture was involved in converting the old Bay shopping centre located in the center of Red Deer.  The structure was increased in size from a 2 storey to a 5 storey building.  The Bay, no longer a tenant, required that the interior also be renovated for smaller commercial and retail activity.  We also designed the parking structure to facilitate the building.

The building has recently undergone another expansion and added an additional two more levels.  with this expansion the exterior materials were modernized, streetscape enhanced and LED lighting was installed to give the building a brilliant " after houses" appeal.
