CRONQUIST HOUSE

John Murray + Cliff Murray engaged in the experience of saving, moving and restoring the Cronquist House here in Red Deer.  The practice was instrumental in relocating this large structure which involved transportation down the steep river embankment across the Red Deer River, up the other embankment and finally to its resting place in the Bower Ponds area of Red Deer.

No other firm in the City of Red Deer has the extensive experience in restoration and renovation of older structures.

Currently the structure resides as a tea house and is open to the public for various functions.  The Cronquist House is also an active part of the Canada Day Celebrations in Red Deer.
