This project was the construction of a 10 suite self-contained seniors accommodation.  This single story building includes 10 suites, a spa room, supporting utilities rooms, and a large common area for residents with adjoining outdoor patio.  This project will take care of the seniors needs in Sedgewick and allow residence to have independence and age-in-place.
