Town of Wainwright

Old Fire Hall + Town Hall Restoration

This project illustrates our respect for an architectural style.  The original town office building sits connected to the old fire hall building near the center of Wainwright.

The current 1976 structure will saw a re-planning of its interior, while the old 1923 building section was restored.  The exterior of this building has been restored back to its original character, and the interior of the building has become a modern day office facility.  Mechanical and electrical systems are high efficiency and office finishes adhere to high health standards with the utilization of low VOC paints and minimal use of carpet in the facility.

This project was part of the Town of Wainwright's vision to accentuate the history of their community and save significant buildings throughout the community.
