JMAA architecture worked with FortisAlberta to develop a new two storey office and Shop building in Spruce Grove.  This facility expanded their existing building to meet their growing needs.  In order to expedite construction on this project we utilized precast concrete for the buildings exterior walls.  These panels included precast textured sections stained in Fortis yellow to create a striking exterior feature.  Prior to ever being built our clients have a clear understanding of the buildings design.  As can be seen to the right is the finished building and our concept renderings in the slides above.  This clear visual communication of our concepts helps direct our projects through design development so our designs meet our clients wants and needs.    

The new building includes 4 drive through shop bays attached to the two story office.  Office areas have a large boardroom. closed offices, lunch areas, and open office areas. JMAA architecture works with FortisAlberta’s Furniture and Equipment Department to ensure our office plans suite their furniture layouts and needs. JMAA architecture has had the pleasure of working on several FortisAlberta projects and have completed 10+ projects for them.
