JMAA architecture competed this lodge to replace the existing Beaverhill Pioneer lodge as well as an existing seniors drop in center located on the same site.  The new facility combines both of these uses under one roof.  This provides a unique opportunity within the facility to encourage lodge members to participate in activities they may not be inclined to attend if they had to leave the lodge.  This lodge contains 55 suites.  The suites include 51 bachelor suites and 4 one bedroom suites. The building also includes dining facilities, commercial kitchen, offices, lounges, activities rooms, outdoor patios, laundry and a designated seniors centre with a separate entrance.  The seniors centre includes a bingo/banquet areas, café, and floor curling.
