JMAA architecture acted as prime consultant on this job and designed and coordinated the construction of this 40 unit, 3 storey seniors lodge which included an underground parkade. With centralized common spaces and small sun lounges this completely barrier free building makes for a comfortable community environment for its many tenants.

JMAA architecture prides ourselves on being client oriented and this is demonstrated not only through the designs created but also our concern for the clients financial needs.  This building was designed to successfully meet CBIP grant requirements as per the owners request.  We also have a proven track records of bringing buildings in on budget.  The construction of this project comes in well below government estimates.

Like all our projects, in this one, we take into account the landscape architecture because we strongly believe that the outdoor surrounding areas need to support the building in a cohesive manner to create a totality within a design.  This helps to ensure the lasting success of a design such as the Klondike Place.
