JMAA architecture is developing the concept and plans for this new 5 story building proposed for the corner of 2nd + Strickland in Whitehorse.  The new facility will include commercial retail and office space on the first three floors and apartments on the fourth and fifth floors. 

Studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments are proposed for the development.  Covered parking and solar energy is also proposed in this development.

This mixed-use development will create a focal point in an area which currently only has surface parking.  The opportunity for several different developments in the commercial spaces will also help bring additional amenities to the area.
