JMAA architecture is collaborating with the Marquis Foundation to develop a new seniors living facility in Vulcan, AB.    The new development looks to have 61 units ranging in care levels.  The new building looks to create a warm, welcoming building which encourages community.  Ageing in place design practices have been incorporated in the design in order to help people stay in the community of Vulcan longer.  The new lodge will be located on a vacant parcel of land in the Town of Vulcan and is currently in design phases.
