VILLA BEAUSEJOUR EXPANSION
This project is the expansion of the existing Villa Beausejour in Falher. The new expansion will be a 20 unit self-contained apartment. The two Storey building includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens. Each suite also includes a private patio with exterior storage. The facility will help foster aging in place in the community as the new suites are connected to the existing facility.
Common spaces are included on both the main and second floors. An exterior patio space off of the second floor common area will create an outdoor gathering area with pergola and BBQ areas.
The design for this lodge is contemporary and timeless in its nature. Vaulted ceilings with wood beam features create visual interest and inviting volumes. Natural light is incorporated throughout the common and suite areas with large windows to help energize the spaces.
